- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on type of service. Corrective Exercise Specialist and Performance Enhancement Specialist are 70$ per session because they are very detailed. I correct joint pain, posture and sports Performance. I give a custome and unique approach to each client depending on the situation. I will get you the results you desire, if you're willing to dedicate the time and energy. I will keep you safe, NEVER over work or break you. I'm a very high level trainer with an extensive fitness background. You'll be in great hands by choosing a trainer with my pedigree of coaching.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I meet you for a 1 on 1 sit down to set goals, schedule sessions and establish payment. I learn who you are and I tell you about myself. I go over your past exercise experience, basic health questionnaire, set goals and build a custom fitness program. It will help you establish confidence in making one of the best decisions you could ever make, by taking the steps to become the happiest and healthiest version of yourself possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I wrestled, fought MMA, developed Muay Thai Kickboxing/boxing skills, jiu jitsu, Graduated N.P.T.I. /w honors, earned certification with NASM, corrective exercise Specialist (CES), performance enhancing specialist (PES) mma conditioning specialist (NASM), former Gold's Fit coach, former 24 Hour Fitness Master Trainer, Indoor cycling coach, Pilates certified and Rocky Mountain MMA Title winner.
