The service was great. My carpet looks amazing. However, I will say I am disappointed in the companies business practice. I called to get a quote and had to ask for it 3 times. I mentioned I had an older ad that was expired and they asked the price on the ad which was $69.95 and was told they would match it. Upon arrival, I was told they did a power scrub for an additional cost for a total around $120ish. I really wanted a good cleaning since I have company coming in for the holidays, so I said I would do it for $100 which he said would be fine with added tax. I go to the mail box after he leaves and I have a current flyer in my box with the price of $59.95 and 50% off a power scrub. Why did I not get quoted this? I am deeply disturbed by this. I asked 3 times for a quote and thought it strange and a little shady on how it was handled. My carpets may look great, but I am very unsatisfied with the way this was handled overall ...

Just gave A2Z Carpet Pros a try based upon all of the wonderful reviews as well as having a coupon. I do not believe there was anything special about the result. The carpets looked pretty much like they do after I vacuum. The wear pattern looks only slightly lighter than before. I feel I could have saved by renting a rug dr and would have netted the same result.Since they would be dragging hoses over my hardwood I asked if I should put anything down to cover them. I was told it wasn't necessary because there might only be a few drops of water that might get on the floors but I could. I did put down a few towels. When it was done I came out to the tech wiping a large surface of the floor with one of the towels but then left the damp towel plus the which was also damp on the wood. My shiny wood floor is now very dull and streaked in the area.I asked if he was going to put a barrier of some sort under the wood furniture after he finished to which I was told since he didn't move the furniture he would not. In shock I exclaimed I never have had carpet cleaned when finished the cleaners did not put something under the legs to prevent damage to the wood or discoloration to the carpet from the furniture due to water spreading to the furniture. He argued with me and claimed the carpet was dry by the legs of my dressers which was actually not the case. I asked for some barriers to put down myself. After picking up several items from the carpet I ask if he vacuumed which he advised he vacuumed while cleaning. I said nothing because at this point I wanted him out. Will not ever recommend this company. Very disappointed with experience and result.

If you need some cleaning done, these are the guys to call!! I had some carpets that were bad, really bad & were starting to make my house stink (thanks to my dog who likes to pee on the carpet when it's raining outside or she's mad at me, lol). I called Brandon & his crew & they came out the NEXT DAY & made my carpets and tile smell & look 100 times better!! Awesome work & awesome guys!!

We had all of our carpets powered scrubbed and they look AMAZING! EVERY stain is GONE! LOVE the fresh smell too!

If you need your carpets looking new again, this is the company to call! Having a puppy and small tornado..I mean toddler dropping everything means lots of odors and stains! Very professional service and explained what he used and why he was using it. Also a big plus was how punctual he was. I was told he would be there between 8-9, he was there getting set up at 8 sharp. Overall 5+ stars!
