FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
In the photography trade, you truly get what you pay for. Don't be afraid to ask questions and provide lots of information about what you're looking for in a shoot. You can never give too much information! Weigh your options and choose accordingly. Would you rather have 100 embarrassing images for $50? Or 50 amazing works of art for $100? Do not choose the cheapest simply because they're the cheapest, there is most likely a reason why they have to be.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
I wish that customers knew exactly how much work, time, and effort that goes into 'just taking photos'. -We take the photos, which requires (if you're a professional) skill and knowledge of the workings of the camera/lenses. -We spend anywhere from 10minutes to 2 hours editing EACH photo. -Every picture is wear-and-tear on our equipment. -We can easily spend 100 just editing your wedding photos. -We do not simply click the shutter and put it on a disc, there is so much more work involved.
