I live in Monett, MO and hired Jason Cochran to build a privacy fence for my back yard. First let me say that I sent out the request out on thumbtack on Thursday morning at 7:00. Jason had responded by 7:30. After talking with Jason on the phone he quoted me an excellent price for building the fence and told me that he could do the project the following week so I hired him. One week later Jason will be out to finish the project today and it looks fantastic. Everything is straight, plumb and just the way I envisioned it when I hired him.
Jason is easy to work with, prompt, and does high quality work. But that's not all...he stayed in touch with me by phone, through text, etc...to keep me up to date as to when the material would be in, when he expected to be here, and if he was running late. Seriously who else does that in the contracting business?
I also asked him to do some things outside the scope of the project and he was happy to help me out. He truly cares about taking care of his customers and it's obvious that he takes pride in his work. I would HIGHLY recommend Jason to anyone and the next time I need a general contractor for anything I will hire him in a heartbeat.
