We hired Maid Nation to deep clean a summer lake house that hadn’t been thoroughly cleaned for some years. They were thorough well beyond our expectations, from ceiling to floorboards. The oven looks brand new! We added windows and refrigerator and the difference is amazing! True professionals and well worth the money.

I chose Maid in Bentonville after looking at many cleaning businesses and reading reviews. MIB had 5 star reviews. I wanted a deep cleaning and the refrigerator cleaned out. 3 ladies came right on time. Communication was ongoing from my signing up until the cleaners arrived which I appreciated. The gals were very polite and sweet and went right to work. At some point 2 of the ladies left early and left one lady to finish the very big job. She stayed really late finishing everything up. She mopped herself out the door so we didn't come out of our bedroom to check everything out until the floors dried. Unfortunately we found several issues with what was supposed to have been done. In the gal's defense I think she was just worn out and overwhelmed. I used the email sent to me from Thumbtack and gave a 2 star review. I started to write my complaints, but felt really bad about it because of the difficult circumstances, so I decided to text Camille and send her pictures and tell her my concerns. But the 2 star rating already showed up. Today she sent another lovely lady to address all my concerns. She worked a couple of hours cleaning and completely resolved everything. She also used a checklist to check everything else to make sure I was satisfied. I was extremely happy with everything she did. Camille and Jay were very professional in listening to me and making the situation right. As hard as it was to give my complaints I'm glad I did because they were very fair and professional. In view of all that I wanted to change my review and give a 5 star rating. Thank you MIB for working so hard to make things right. I am a very satisfied and happy customer.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
At Maid Nation our prices are reasonable, we offer several discounts for recurring jobs. We also gives a clean cash for new, regular and referrals customers it can be used towards any service even add-on services too.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will introduce ourselves firstly, ask if their is any special products they would prefer us to use, if their is any additional chores they would want to add to their cleaning service. Upon our arrival we will then ask to look around the premises just to have a clear view of what's needed to get the job done. During and after the job we will ask customers to check all our cleaning and to let us know if we had missed anything.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the late 1980's the owner started cleaning as an employee in small college town in Michigan. Approximately one year after starting decided to start his own company and began to grow it. The General Manager worked in a long term adult care facility as office manager and help clean rooms and common areas. The past few years has had a huge impact on our learning curve. We've cleaned hundreds of homes and businesses and of course YouTubed a million videos!
