- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I do not price by the hour. I have a flat rate and we determine that by the size of the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We initially start off by contact through email or by phone to determine the type of work needed to be done. After that's said and done, we meet face to face to discuss the job.(We are very flexible) & Since, they are new customers we try our best to make them comfortable and try to take as much stress off of them as possible.
