It was all a very easy and seamless procedure, which isn't always the case when it comes to doing your taxes!Oct 2, 2019VerifiedTryon CPA's reply
Thank you! I was glad I could help!
I was unclear about a specific tax law and received clarification here (Tryon) that put my mind at ease. I would recommend this firm if you are needing assistance and a quick response. Very professional and polite.Apr 18, 2019Verified
Tax time! What a peace of mind to know that everything is taken care of. Clair handles all 3 of our businesses' monthly accounting. She keeps us up to date with monthly financials, offers suggestions on ways to improve our bottom line, and educates herself on the newest tax laws to keep our businesses on the right path.Apr 3, 2019

License Type: CPA - Certified Public Accountant (AR)
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?I use form-based pricing. My pricing starts at $150. I do offer a referral program for 10% odd next years preparation fees for current clients
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? After an initial consultation, since I work mostly remotely, most of my clients either drop off their tax information at my office or utilize my secure portal on my website to upload their information to me. I will prepare the return, communicating with the client if something needs clarification, then I will send the client a copy of the return which we will review together. I do require a $50 upfront deposit for new clients, which will be deducted from your final tax prep fees
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been at CPA since 2012. I worked at a public accounting firm for over five years before starting my own practice in 2017
