Karla was very professional and did a great job! My house was an embarrassing mess...and she cleaned it thoroughly. She helped me get my head above water. And hef prices are VERY readonable. For a single mother of 3, she's a breath of fresh air. Will definitely be calling her back for a repeat cleaning.

The entire house was a mess! We had work done in nearly every area. I was counting tell days until they could come clean. I had met with Carla and Pam a few weeks earlier so they knew what I needed beforehand. They were verify pleasant and listened to my needs and wants. Carla kept in contact to make sure things were on track. Pam and Keisha showed up right on time and looked over the job with me again before they started. They worked non-stop for 5 hours or so. There was not one thing they left unclean. My house was spotless!! Pamela was sweeping still on her way out of the door not one speck of dirt was getting awa from her. I will definitely be using them again. The best group of people I have seen in a while! Kathy Crow

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing system is not complicated at all....I don't charge by the hour, I charge by the job and the condition of what I need to do and if it is a re-occurring job or not.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer to meet with my potential customers so they can show me their particulars. That way I will know what is important to them.
What types of customers have you worked with?
General cleaning of offices which consists of emptying trash, cleaning bathrooms, etc. , floor care every quarter. I also offer one time deep cleaning of homes for clients that are moving in or out. Post construction clean up of offices and department stores.
