FAQs
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Verify, Verify, Verify. Ask for referrals and check them. Also, make sure they are valid referrals that you can verify in a public way. Don't just take their word for it, look into it. Also, the lowest priced bid is not always the best or most professional company out there. Lastly, usually your first impression is right. Go with your gut and that's usually the one you want to give your business to. I personally, like to visit every job site that I am bidding so as to provide the best estimate for each customer as I can. We provide written estimates that explain all of the major points of their move and we do it before they hire us.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
How risky it is to believe all the hype from "some" moving companies. I don't believe in viewing my clients most precious or treasured belongings as "just another shipment". We really do look for the most cost effective way to do things for our clients. No two moves are alike, so why try and stick to a "formula".
