- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
No standard pricing system, each job is unique in its own right, therefore, should be priced accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The client and I would talk on the phone to get a general idea of the services wanted and would most likely set a date and time for a walk through, to determine if we would go forward with the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off working in a motel setting, moving furniture, painting, minor electrical and plumbing, sheetrock...e.g. In other words, anything associated with the motel...I worked there 6 years and have been doing it since, giving me about 15 years experience.
