- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On new construction it is typically by the foot. On remodels or existing buildings/homes it is something we would rather look at before we can give a number because there are so many thing that you can run into. Being able to physically look keeps it fair for everyone.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I personally like to meet with them and get to know them a little bit and it makes it easier to get a feel for what they want and how they want it .
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have taken several construction courses including 2 in management to further my knowledge. in some areas. The physical work came natural over the years but I wanted to know more about blueprints and estimates so I took courses to learn more in those areas.
