Working out with David is awesome! We have a great time, and he keeps me focused. He's writing a meal plan and grocery list for me, and is always such an encouragement! He is also very knowledge about overall fitness and the body. My workout is trailered to my physical fitness level. I know I'm going to have great results!

As a woman in her 70's, I have wanted a "strength training" program that I could do in my home. Treasure has provided that in a perfect way! I am really focusing on my "inner core" and want to improve my balance. She has provided me with both things and has guided and encouraged me in learning all of the exercises. I so appreciate her expertise and wisdom about how to follow a plan that is building all of my body strength-not just one area. Kameelah is simply amazing! She is very personable, warm, and inviting every time I enter the fitness center. I joined WOW a few months ago and I participate in the early morning circuit (5a-6a, Mon-Thu). This is a perfect start to my usual hectic workdays which would not normally be conducive to evening workout sessions. This is one of the best life-changing decisions I have ever made! I'm so glad to be a WOW member now, but I can only imagine how much farther along I might be if I had joined when Kameelah first opened the center several years ago. I'm almost 55 years young... better late than never. See ya at the gym!

He is not intimidated by anyone's limitations, but takes people from where they are to where they always wanted to be. He's patient, motivating, and has a good sense of humor.

I love the classes Petey teaches, then I decided to do some personal training and he has been very helpful trying to get me in shape. He is very encouraging , works me hard, but knows my limitations.
He is a very good trainer who knows a lot of training exercises and how to hit certain areas that people want to hit

My experience with Christine as my personal trainer rated her a five star. Christine's fitness routines work all areas of your body. She is constantly changing the routines to keep you interested/balanced. Christine is very motivating and energetic while you are working the routines. I have some limitations on jumping so Christine has been great to work with me on modifications. I'm a runner and I look at her training to help me with strength and endurance. Highly recommend her as a personal trainer.
