- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I'm a veteran owned and ran company we offer military discounts. All my pricing is an estimate based solely on square footage of the property.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
after a short conversation on the phone and a appointment is scheduled I show up an hour prior to the agreed-upon time to inspect the outside of the property move on to the inside takes approximately another hour and then do a thorough walkthrough and explain what has been found. I then send a digital copy of my inspection report before I leave the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have extensive experience in the construction industry and I've been involved in some form or fashion the majority of my life. I was a project lead for an HVAC company and was responsible for maintaining standards at multiple construction sites. I'm a license Arkansas home inspector.
