My computer was locking up and Dell was of little help. Josh helped talk me through trouble shooting the software Dell had sent. Thanks to him I was back running quicker than I thought. In addition, he has answered my other computer questions with confidence of a true professional.
Jag responded quickly to my message despite it being in the late evening. He diagnosed my problem (hard drive failing), quoted a VERY reasonable price and we arranged for me to drop my Mac mini by the next day, explaining that it might take him a few days to locate and acquire a replacement. I delivered my Mac to him on Friday around lunch. He called me the NEXT DAY to tell me that repairs were done and my data was successfully recovered! I was VERY pleased with the speed and completeness of his services and will certainly use him again if I ever need Mac service!!

He was extremely thorough removing all of the adware and other programs which greatly slowing down my PC. Rob was extremely professional and knowledgeable of the problems, keeping me informed at each step in the repair progress, while patiently and respectfully addressing all of my questions.
