Great little gym that gets the job done quickly, effectively, all while having fun! Other clients have become friends, and Cole is fun to work with. He listens to the needs of his clients, even starting a "mom" class for new moms who still want to work out. Convenient class times and laid back atmosphere. I'm happy to be part of the Peak family!

A very inviting box. Very motivated by the energy of the Peak family at each workout. Cole pushes us with challenging workouts that we simultaneously dread and love, but creates an environment that is not intimidating for the members.

Cole does a great job of creating a safe fun environment for working out and staying fit. The workouts are varied and challenging but always fun (especially once their over).

I joined Peak Performance 3 years ago and it has been life changing! Lost 30 lbs and have kept it off. More importantly it greatly improved my quality of life and have a great group of friends from the gym!     First we do a consultation to go through their background and goals. I tell them a little bit about me and my gym before we set up a couple of training sessions to get started.
