- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give free estimates although generally not without looking at the job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting and go over the scope of work to be done. Schedule a time for project to begin and be completed as well as meet with sub-contractors if needed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My grandfather was a master carpenter. My father was taught by him and then passed on to me. We're the true hands on, if you want it done right you better do it yourself company with a combined over 50 years of experience.
