- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I don’t have hidden fees. My price is the end price. Because I’m customer satisfaction driven, I request payment for all projects under $200 after the project is complete. Any project over $200, I request half be paid at the start of the project. Cancellation: Once hired, I charge a $30 cancellation fee for any project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, the client reaches out to let me know their needs. Then, I get started on the project. I let the client know of any questions I may have. Once completed, I send a PayPal invoice for payment.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Office Work: I was trained through my credit union job. I then went on to complete any tutorials and workshops on various programs such as Excel, Word, and QuickBooks. I have always been a self starter and consistently strive to achieve my goals. For example, I was able to learn and go on to explain a software app in just 2 days of working with it.
