I trained with Carolyn for over a month when I used to live in Tempe. She is great with the kind of exercise she makes you do, depending on your body type. She gave me some great tips on eating right. She does Yoga and I do Yoga a lot. I improved some of my Yoga poses while training with her. She is very passionate about fitness and gives her best while training you. I enjoyed training with her.
WE LOVE DONNA! I posted a request for a yoga/meditation teacher for my friend's bachelorette party (15 ladies). Within a few minutes, Donna reached out. After talking to her on the phone, I knew she would be a great fit. The week before the big day, I informed Donna that our plans had changed a little. Donna was SUPER flexible and helped us find a beautiful park to hold an outdoor yoga session so we could still be near the red rocks. We couldn't have asked for a better yoga/meditation session. As far as logistics, Donna was so prepared and had clean mats, blocks, and accessories for us to use. She had the best music and we felt comforted from the minute we stepped on our mats. There is something special about Donna's style of teaching. She connected with us immediately and guided us through one of the best practices we've all ever had. After the yoga session, Donna took time out of her day to help us find the most amazing picnic area, where we ended up going on a short hike. It was one of the best experiences! Donna is not just a yoga teacher. She became our friend and our spiritual guru throughout the session. We all wish she could have come back to Texas with us so we can practice with her on a regular basis! There really are not enough words to describe how much of an impact she had on us. We look forward to coming back to Arizona and meeting with her again!
Jenna does a great job not only with her massage technique but also with communication. My husband and I have both benefited from her expertise and she really crafts your appointment around they style of massage you need. Highly recommend her!
My college girlfriends and I visited Scottsdale for our 10 year reunion trip. We contacted Autumn a few days before our arrival to see if she would be able for a private group lesson. She went out of her way to accommodate our last minute request and our time with her was amazing- probably the most fun activity during our visit! There were 10 of us, all with varying degrees of experience, and she was able to keep things super fun, yet challenging for everyone! We all loved her and can't wait for our next trip and yoga class with Autumn! If your in the area and need a yoga instructor, you would be remised not to contact her- she is the best!
Donna works extremely well with my pace. I have no yoga experience and I have back pain but she is very patient and clear. She is very calm and relaxed which is important for a yoga instructor. Although I have been doing yoga for only a month I already see good results. I am very happy to have Donna as a yoga instructor.
She was amazing with the kids. The kids loved the yoga lesson and can't wait for her to come back!
Natalie is THE yoga teacher....that one teacher you eventually find that makes you understand what yoga is for me. For me, it's not about "yoga butts" or $110 leggings or doing the most convoluted pretzel shape in class (though it will work your body and increase your flexibility like nobody's business!). Natalie does an amazing job gently emphasizing that time on your mat is deeply personal. She offers tons of variations so nobody feels left out. She cues perfectly, which makes class smoother and easier to follow. Because of Natalie, I can get something out of any yoga class I visit, whether she is there or not. Natalie changed my yoga and my yoga changed me.

He has a balanced approach to keeping the fundamental tenets in tact while improvising the flow; challenging you to go deeper while honoring discipline and form. Terri is very knowledgable in areas including yoga, mindfulness and an eastern approach to energy, health and happiness. She is patient, kind and brings a sincere desire to help others. I would highly recommend her!
I have taken a chair yoga class and a few privates from Janet. She is an excellent teacher. Her background and knowledge of anatomy and physiology enhance her ability to use yoga to help with physical issues and limitations. She explains things very well, is very positive and creative, and focuses on trying to make sure that her teaching benefits each of her students. My back has been the focus for her teaching. At one point, after a few privates, I asked her if she could put together a sequence of 20 minutes or so that I could record on my iPhone and use regularly. She did, taught it to me, while I recorded it. I use it several times a week, along with daily stretching and some other yoga postures Janet taught me. They have really helped to relieve/reduce my back pain and discomfort.
I especially appreciated the patience and attention she provided to me as someone trying yoga for the first time. Further as someone recovering from an injury she took care to ensure I did not put myself in a position that might aggravate the injury.
Mercedes is a breath of fresh air! She is always so positive and enthusiastic in her classes. You can literally feel her energy transfer to everyone in the room! I was new to yoga and nervous, but Mercedes greeted me along with all of her guests to ensure we all feel loved and welcomed. She is attentive to everyone & truly gives the feeling like you are in a one on one class which made me so comfortable. I highly recommend attending her sessions, I learn something new every time!
