Sorry this pro can’t do your job, but we know other pros who can.
Introduction: I believe my strength is that I realize that every person needs a customized massage, nutrition, and/or exercise program to live a healthy and happy life. As a massage therapist, my experience as an athlete, exercise physiologist, and my strength to give a deep therapeutic massage makes me stand out. I am very passionate to help people get out of pain and feel good. I love seeing the happy and relaxed faces after clients get off the massage table. I love to motivate people to start living a healthy lifestyle with good nutrition and a fun exercise program. I love the excitement when clients see weight loss which was easier than what they are used too, or when they can get off medication because of lifestyle changes.

I met with Sabine for nutrition and fitness. I had an hour plus long training session with her. We spoke about my goal and food. Then we trained for a good 45 minutes. She is so informative and helpful. She has shown me so many different exercises I can do at home and at the gym. Her nutrition classes are very informative. She personally tries and tests everything before passing on knowledge. Her food classes are awesome!! She takes the time to prepare all of these wonderful meals and provides the recipes. Some classes are even interactive.

Great start to what should be an informative and useful website. Now if we could only get people to read it and follow through! One thing that may be useful is to embed links in your descriptions under each heading that will provide more detailed information. People like to do this (e.g., Wikipedia) and it may add more interest in using you and the website as a resource. I look forward to the interactive blog and videos.

I've been getting massages by Sabine for a few years to alleviate the effects of endurance biking and running. I trusted that she would do a good job because of her background as a professional athlete. The massages are more than good, they are superb! They are sport focused for me, but also have relaxing aspects and I feel like I get a customized service fit for my needs.

We've known Sabine for several years. She has helped us in so many ways. Her knowledge of health and nutrition is extensive. Sabine gives the best massages to help sore backs, tight muscles and relieve stress. She taught us how to make healthy green smoothies even the kids love! Sabine is passionate about physical fitness and has a genuine caring nature for people. I would recommend Sabine to anyone who is in need of an excellent massage therapist, or a dedicated personal trainer, or a knowledgeable nutritionist - or all the above!!!

FAQs

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

$59 for the first 60 minutes massage and $69 after that.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

I have a Master degree in Exercise Physiology and Health Science. I am very passionate about the newest cutting edge research about healthy lifestyle, nutritional supplements and exercise. With massage therapy, I take continuing education classes learning about new modalities to ease pain, release tension and spasms, increase flexibility, and treat overuse injuries.

  • What types of customers have you worked with?

I have worked with people in lot of pain, people with lower back, shoulder injuries, tennis elbow etc. and people who just wanted a deep or relaxing massage. I have worked with clients who have lost 30 to 40 lbs and most importantly kept off the weight in the long run. Some of my clients started enjoying competitive races which also helped them stay in shape. Constant motivation is the the key for a lifestyle change because it is so easy to slip back into old habits.
