RESPONSIVE. TRANSPARENT. PROFESSIONAL. GB Electric is a great company that will surely get my business again, as well as referrals. I appreciate GB for providing me with an itemized quote without having to ask for one. Electrical and Wiring Repair
When Tim, one of the managers at GB Electric answered the phone a few days ago, I felt a positive vibe. I had five dysfunctional outlets that needed to be checked out and/or repaired. Not only did Tim ask me several specific questions about the outlets, but he also he asked me to text him photos, so he could better assess the situation and prepare his electrician. As soon as our call ended, I immediately received a text to confirm my appointment. Joe and his assistant arrived yesterday, on time, and fixed my outlets in less than two hours, which included going to Home Depot to get a few things. Joe’s friendly and polite manner elicited a feeling of trust and confidence, as he demonstrated his expertise. Plus, the cost was so reasonable. I would recommend GB Electric any day of the week!

Electrical and Wiring Repair
GB Electric responded quickly and was able to fit us in their schedule right away! After diagnosing what the actual problem was, they were able to adapt and get it working. They spent a lot of extra time on our issue but only charged us at least half of what they could of. Very fair and professional company and people to do business with. I will 1,000% use them again!

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Our initial cost for a regular-hours electrical repair service call is $149, not including materials. NO HIDDEN COSTS. If work is completed within 1 hour, there are no other labor costs. Each subsequent hour will be billed at $99. After-hours electrical repair service call is $199, not including materials. Each subsequent hour will be billed at $149.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?If it is a service call, we will send out one of our electricians to diagnose the problem and perform the repair. If it is an installation, we can provide an estimate, and if approved, we will schedule the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Combined 20 years of experience in commercial and residential electric. We are fully licensed, bonded, and insured.
