- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cakes are always priced per serving. My cakes are torted (double filled) it is what makes a cake a Picaflor Cake. Cakes are priced very comparable to other bakeries/bakers that use this method.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Yes. I feel that it is important to learn new techniques and stay current with what is the latest trends.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
Each customer should know about how many servings they may need. Each Picaflor Cake design starts with how much cake will be needed so that the design not only suits your event but also feeds all the attendees.
