All of them were like: your salt cell is bad, it’s because you have a sand filter, the sand needs to be changed, your pool system is bad, etc..,)
I knew the pool system had just been installed within the last couple of years so it couldn’t have been a bad system.
So when Joe came out he saw out light was out, our electrical pump thing (the thing with the buttons) was not working, but everything else was perfectly fine. Instead of charging us an arm and a leg to go through replace and change and clean the pool we needed up with about a $300 bill.
For everything and all the time he put into our system and not telling me I had to change my sandfilter because it was “old” was amazing. We have lived in our house going in 5 years now with the same sand filter and saltwater pump system and it is still going strong. Joe has been an amazing worker and always puts us first. Any time we have an issues or questions, if I call his number he picks up. I dont have to wait days for him to come back around to call me.
