I started working with Donna for over a month it’s been amazing to work with someone who is knowledgeable. I absolutely love the encouragement she gives it’s very gentle and supportive. Donna’s approach becomes motivational and you get a better understanding on what the body goes through in detail she has a very nice way to keep you moving through your lesson. Don’t hesitate to have her as your yoga instructor you won’t regret it! I have requested another package session with Donna to go deeper into my yoga I feel she is that good! Namaste🙏🏽

Kim is an amazing Pilates instructor. I'm a soccer player who's always struggled with hamstring and hip flexor injuries, and I was really skeptical about what benefits I could gain from Pilates. But after 1 session with Kim I could feel the difference of how my body was more prepared to deal with the quick bursts of acceleration, short sprints and sharp turns required when playing competitive soccer. Kim created a personalized workout plan tailored to my specific needs and injury history, and my only regret is that I didn't incorporate Kim's Pilates classes into my workout regimen earlier. I guarantee once you have a session with Kim, you too will become a believer.

Prior to practicing Pilates with Dawn, I had been encountering shoulder and hip pain due to heavy business travel. I had never tried Pilates previously, but after my first session, I could immediately tell a difference. Dawn approached my training in a custom approach that would not only increase my level of fitness, but also alleviate some of the pain I had been experiencing. In the seven months, Ive been training with Dawn, I am stronger, more flexible, largely pain free, and just simply amazed by the things my body can achieve. I am in the best shape I have been in my entire life, and I owe much of that to Dawn and her method of teaching.
Since I have been doing private Pilates on the machines for over 12 yrs., I have experienced several different instructors. Helen Falco is by far one of my 2 favorites which I base on knowledge, technique, professionalism, teaching ability. My other fav is in Mi. where I spend the summer. While in Az. I will not go to anyone but Helen. I fact I sought her out after she moved away from my locale and I drive to her new place. She is reliable, courteous, fun and yet serious about doing all the moves correctly. Why would anyone go to someone else?!
I was looking for a reformer pilates class for my cousin and myself in the Mesa area. Vanessa Kelly responded to my request right away with an amazingly reasonable package which included the first session free to be sure we'd be happy. Our instructor, Torrin Alford is delightful and extremely knowledgable taking extra care that movements are done correctly and not straining any body parts! There are 3 reformer benches which makes the classes small and personal and there are many times available to choose from. All in all, highly recommended.

She continued to practice Yoga on the Big Island of Hawai'i while attending courses at the University of Hawai'i. After attaining her Bachelor's degree, she relocated to Arizona and sought to become a certified Yoga and Pilates instructor. Ranae began her Yoga and Pilates education in Arizona by attending a 6-month teacher training Shanti Enrichment Series Program. She then completed her 1,000-hour mentorship where she acquired her PMA Reformer Apparatus Certification.
