- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our resume pricing is based on years of total experience: 0 - 2 Years of Experience - $110 3 - 8 Years of Experience - $120 8+ Years of Experience - $150 Executive Level - $175 Pricing may change slightly based on demand and season. Additionally, you may add: - Rush Creation (24 hours or less): $50 - LinkedIn Optimization: $50 - Cover Letter: $40 Our process includes: - 3 day turnaround time - Unlimited revisions We unfortunately don't create cover letters or LinkedIn sheets without having worked on your resume, due to the way that our process and research is structured.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process is pretty simple overall! We aim to keep most communication to emails and messages, which saves us both time! This is what our process usually looks like: 1. You would send over your current resume, any additional or updated information, and a link to a position or two that you'd normally apply for 2. We'll send over an invoice to your email. Once it's taken care of, we'll get started! 3. We'll send that initial draft of your resume over to your email after 3 days for revisions. We'll work on any edits together until we're both satisfied with everything 4. We'll create any additional services (cover letters, LinkedIn sheets) within 24 hours of finalizing your resume
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our resume writers have worked in a hiring manager or recruiter position for a minimum of 3 years. Alongside this, we have certifications in: - LinkedIn Optimization - Resume Writing - Resume Keyword Optimization
