- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rates are very competitive and at most times below the national average. We are able to achieve this by eliminating unnecessary overhead. We feel it shouldn't be the clients indirect responsibility to fund a fancy office with non-functional "eye candy".
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
To begin the process, we ask that new clients fill out an initial questionnaire of the services they are looking for and discuss how we will turn their vision into really. From there, we put together a proposal to fit their needs and budget. Next, we will create a wireframe / mockup based around the clients requests and feedback, as well as our guidance if needed. Then we start the design and development process with frequent updates to the client and adapt to clients input. After the final development phase, we go into beta testing and final launch. - How did you get started doing this type of work?
I myself started developing websites in 1996 with my first client being a luxury clothing company. The small income from that project allowed me to purchase my first car at 16. From the experience of building something from scratch and turn it into a business tool for a company, I knew this was the industry I was passionate about. From there, I have grown BMD Media into a recognized development firm.
