SAFETY FIRST: Upon our arrival we will visually walk you through a thorough Safety Inspection at no charge. This Safety Inspection is to ensure all other mechanical components are in good condition. For example, although there may be a obvious broken gear & sprocket on your opener, there could have been a bigger underlying problem that caused it to break. This phase will also help report the approximate age of the complete system to make you aware of the useful life span of the other mechanical components. AFFORDABLE OPTIONS: After we diagnose the problem we will discuss your best options & offer a affordable repair. This second stage stems from safety codes & liability issues in our profession. Remember, our #1 objective is to ensure your safety, avoid damages to your vehicles & personal property. As certified garage door technicians, it is our responsibility to report all problems & present the best options. - What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
BEFORE STARTING ELEPHANT ROOM DOORS, I was Garage Door Technician & Field Trainer for one of the largest Garage Door franchises in the United States. My job consisted of properly installing garage doors with other responsibilities that came along with the job like delivering new doors, maintaining company vehicle with company gas card & uniform, along with tools of the trade. Later on in my career, i was sought out to train new technicians under our "Same Day Service Program" as they under went a vigorous 6 week training apprenticeship where they are taught to properly maintenance & make repairs to old existing doors & install new doors before becoming full time employees. Through this experience, i gained many mechanical aptitude skills and assembly processes for a variety of professional grade garage door and automatic opener brands. I also further extended my networking skills with a strong ability to communicate with persons from differing cultural & socioeconomic backgrounds through the benefit customer service.
