Introduction: I started my fitness journey in 2014 when I decided it was time to learn how to lift weights. I grew up an athlete participating in basketball and soccer. I joined a gym my sophomore year of high school and started out only doing cardio. I was very intimidated and didn't really know what else to do. I was motivated to learn more and jump out of my comfort zone. Once I started lifting weights I fell in love with the gym and achieving my goals. My body was changing and I could not believe it! When I started my journey, like many other people, I thought eating healthy was only eating your typical chicken, rice, and veggies. Then I found flexible dieting! I learned how to eat mindfully and not look at food as good or bad. I began tracking my macros or as most people refer to as tracking calories. I love donuts and I most definitely did not want to give up the food I love. I learned how to continue to eat the foods I loved, in moderation, and still achieve my goals. Implementing Flexible dieting and lifting weights quickly became my passion. Teaching others how to sustain a healthy lifestyle is a passion of mine. I teach people how to enjoy working out and eating without a restricted diet. I knew I wanted to work with a personal trainer but was always so hesitant; I’ve heard so many stories, both good & bad. Working with Alex was absolutely amazing.... she really knows her stuff, communicates so well & quickly, and overall such a pleasant experience. I love her approach to living a healthy lifestyle with balance, which was very important to me as a busy mom of very young kids. I would highly recommend working with Alex if you’re looking for a personal trainer!☺️

I have worked out most of my life but never received true guidance from a health and fitness professional like Alex. After having a few months in which I stopped regularly working out I decided to reach out to Alex and begin a program with her. After just a couple months I noticed a HUGE difference working with her! I don’t think I could have accomplished that progress in 6 months if I tried on my own. I highly recommend Alex for her professionalism, attention to detail, and care to help you hit your goals!
