- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
While we do offer packages. We try not to fit a square peg into a round hole. Each dog and its family have different needs. Therefore, we always offer a free dog evaluation to determine your specific needs before quoting. We do offer discounts to our active military, veterans, first responders, as well as rescue adoptees.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Generally, we will do an initial phone interview then invite you and your dog and family to our facility for a free evaluation.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 35 years of dog training experience in the areas of basic obedience, protection training, service dog training, therapy dog training, cadaver dog training, search and rescue, drug detection training as well as companion dog training. Hold a Master Dog trainer certification as well as IACP Professional Member.
