I was very apprehensive working with a trainer, as it hasn't benefited me much in the past. But working with Eddie has been a wonderful experience. He's very helpful, knowledgable and fun to be around. He instantly makes you feel comfortable and has a deep rapport with his clients. In just over two weeks of training I've already lost 9lbs and I can't wait to continue working with him. I highly recommend Eddie as a trainer.
I have been with Miles for about a month now. I found him when in search of a Personal Trainer who has experience working with "injured" people. I was pleasantly surprised to hear his own injury story and how his sports degree and self developed skills helped him go back to his top shape. It was a no brainer after that. Miles is a young, pleasant and highly professional trainer. He works out of a humble gym with enough equipment to rotate a training program numerous times. He is extremely observant during training and has a lot of tricks to keep the trainee safe while pushing him or her to the limit. At the end of each training I feel completely pleasantly exhausted with no presence of pain. Depending on your motivation and your current situation, strange things may happen to your body immediately. It was amazing to realize my knee pain went away after two sessions. I felt compelled to text him the next day and let him know! Whether you are healthy and need a trainer who can scientifically train you or in less than perfect health condition, give this guy a chance. His physique is the proof of his skills!
I’ve been doing both 1 on 1 and group training sessions with Greg for a few years. He makes every minute of a 1 on 1 30 minute session count and I get the most out of my workout! The small group sessions are a great switch up in the routine and its fun to work with others! The workouts are always changing which keeps it fun! He motivates and pushes you to do more each time but he’s also very aware of your limitations and will modify the exercises if need be. I’ve had trainers in the past and I didn’t last long because they didn’t keep me motivated. Greg does and I look forward to his workouts!!

Training with Liz is great! I wish I had met with her sooner. She's incredibly knowledgable and a great motivator. Liz has helped me create a plan to make my goals obtainable (with a good/healthy challenge). I actually look forward to our training sessions and would recommend her to anyone looking for a skilled trainer.
John is the best personal trainer I have ever worked with! I contacted John due to my enlistment in the US Navy and I wanted to get in shape for bootcamp as well as for my follow on training. From day one he worked with me with my specific goals in mind and got me in the best shape of my life. He is so knowledgeable, from nutrition, supplements and with his different exercise programs he is sure to get you in shape no matter what your goals are!
Awesome trainer! Devon is very personable and cares about his clients. He listens to your goals and does his very best to help you achieve them. He creates challenging workout plans that push you to achieve more than you would on your own. Additionally, he makes himself very available to everyone he works with so that you can ask questions whenever something comes up. Favorite personal training experience!
Mesa Personal Trainer, Mike, is friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, professional yet personal in that he will tailor training suggestions to you and your body. He is not a "one size fits all" trainer. Never pushy or aggressive, always encouraging, I highly recommend Mesa Personal Training (and this from a 70+ year old woman!)
My 12 year old daughter and I have been training with Steve for a little over a month now and I could not be happier. He is consistently on time and has a variety of excercises for us to do plus he is amazing with my daughter. I’m already fitting back into a clothes I haven’t been able to wear for a long time. Dennis has been my trainer for a little over a month. Since training with him I’ve lost a total of 16lbs. He is great at adjust meal plans and work outs when needed. He is also great at keeping you accountable and encourages you with each stride you make. Overall I would recommend 100 times over because his training truly effective!
I would highly recommend to anyone who is ready to start feeling better and take control of their health. They are not you normal trainers or gym. I feel welcomed and not judged in anyway. Eric keeps in constant contact with me and responds to me right away. He is always there for support and has taught me a lot about my back pain.
I started training in Pankration about a year ago... When I came in I was greeted by Dan and he explained what Pankration was and gave me his background which is in Wrestling... After my first night training with Dan I was hooked... Because of Dan's coaching and power to motivate I have found a new love for Wrestling and Pankration... I feel very confident in my hand to hand combat abilities and not to mention I got in great shape because Dan would put us threw some grueling grappling and sparring sessions... In in all Dan Huber is an excellent Coach and a great Friend if their is anyone you want in your corner it's Dan... Besides our Master Instructor Jeff, Dan is the only other person I know that has a genuine love for hand to hand combat... Thanks Dan... TEAM LEONIDAS!!!
You won't find a better trainer anywhere. Tony is highly knowledgable and fun to work with. He keeps training sessions interesting too. Positive, motivational, and concerned with proper form so that exercises are perform safely.
