What I liked best about Karen was that she was always friendly and motivating. She always had my goals in mind for training, and used her expertise to help me achieve those goals. Karen remembered the important details from week to week. I could tell she wasn't just going through the motions, but actually truly invested in working with me. Karen also helped me as a runner as I trained for my first 10k. I would definitely recommend Karen! I was very apprehensive working with a trainer, as it hasn't benefited me much in the past. But working with Eddie has been a wonderful experience. He's very helpful, knowledgable and fun to be around. He instantly makes you feel comfortable and has a deep rapport with his clients. In just over two weeks of training I've already lost 9lbs and I can't wait to continue working with him. I highly recommend Eddie as a trainer.
Danny and Emma have been amazing to work with. My husband and I train with Danny twice a week in our home (separate sessions). We hadn't been working out recently so Danny was great about easing us into it a bit and then turning up the intensity pretty quickly. The training is incredibly adaptable to the situation - one night I had a fussy infant so instead of canceling or trying to bounce back and forth, he switched up the workout to 'sandbag style' where I could hold her and still get a good workout in (something both my daughter and I enjoyed). He's also honed in on the type of training we really enjoy, for me its boxing, making it fun and productive! I would also be remiss if I didn't mention Emma, his wife and partner in the business. She's been so helpful in working around our crazy schedules, between last minute work trips, out of town visitors and illness, they've both been extremely easy to work with. I would highly recommend Danny to anyone who is trying to get back in shape or push their athletic prowess to the next level. He's fun, easy-going and respectful of your personal needs.
Open, comfortable experience in general. Massage was very relaxing and Gage was responsive to my feedback during massage when I wanted more or less pressure or focus on muscle groups. He set up a soothing atmosphere. During training sessions, Gage is direct, gives constant feedback and support. He's really skilled at perceiving my limits and pushing them enough to where I want to come back and do more rather than being too 'beat up' to continue. He sets feasible goals for training and then we crush them as a team. He's so supportive and humble and yet he's serious and means business while we work. Gage is a personable and kind man and most importantly, all his love and passion for wellness comes through in his work.

I met Dennis in College back in 2010-2011 & after I finished school, I slowly started working out with him after seeing firsthand his own personal transformation, which was AMAZING! We started seriously training in December of 2017, 6 months ago & I can tell you now, he has changed my life drastically! I am down 60lbs, training for my first figure competition, & the happiest & healthiest I have ever been; thanks to Dennis. Being a retired college athlete, trying to stay in shape on your own is a tough, but Dennis encourages, motivates & is extremely knowledgeable in his profession. Dennis makes his workouts challenging, yet FUN! Most importantly; Dennis makes sure that technique is correct to help avoid injuries, he is reliable & always has a routine/workout planned ahead of time, & he strives to make you be the best YOU that you can be. I’ve been doing both 1 on 1 and group training sessions with Greg for a few years. He makes every minute of a 1 on 1 30 minute session count and I get the most out of my workout! The small group sessions are a great switch up in the routine and its fun to work with others! The workouts are always changing which keeps it fun! He motivates and pushes you to do more each time but he’s also very aware of your limitations and will modify the exercises if need be. I’ve had trainers in the past and I didn’t last long because they didn’t keep me motivated. Greg does and I look forward to his workouts!!

Mesa Personal Trainer, Mike, is friendly, very knowledgeable, helpful, professional yet personal in that he will tailor training suggestions to you and your body. He is not a "one size fits all" trainer. Never pushy or aggressive, always encouraging, I highly recommend Mesa Personal Training (and this from a 70+ year old woman!)
I’ve been training with Chris Lousnbury for the past three years and it has made such a difference in my life. First of all, the work out sessions have become progressively more challenging and I’ve lost 25 lbs. since I began. I had been diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes and by working out twice per week I’ve been able to get my blood sugar back to a normal level. Chris also advises me on eating healthy and exercising at home since I can only train twice a week. Chris is great about texting me to make sure I don’t miss my sessions.
Ricardo Avila is an incredible trainer. His vast knowledge of fitness, bodybuilding and training is truly inspiring and impressive. He has pushed me to my limits and I see progress in my training. I reccomend him to anyone who is experience or even starting out.
