Great guidance and welcome insights. A lot of times organizers can come off preachy and without a good understanding of someone who isn't a natural born neatnik - not Meghan. She's helped me with plenty of guidance and suggestions. This past weekend I did a garage clean up and she helped me with knowing what to do with the things I got of and the things I kept. It's nice to have someone with the knowledge (and to provide moral support) through a clean up. Plus she's done the research to help solve problem areas. She isn't just going to try to fit your problem into the standard box, she's going to understand the issue and help you use the right box.
First I'd like to point out that this was not a typical cleaning job. I had a very special situation. After a minor hoarding incident, my home was truly filthy. I feel that most people who would be reading her reviews are looking for things like speed etc. Mine was a very large job and she spent the entire day at my home. There were items (streaky windows/mirrors, missed spots on the floor) I noticed after she had gone that if she had been there for a basic cleaning job, I would've been disappointed but based on what she had to clean up I was quite happy with her work. She was very nice and pleasant. She was willing to take on a job that most cleaning professionals refused. What she did for me was a tremendous help and an amazing life-changing step for me. Great job girl's. I was truly amazed and so very thankful for the cleaning serviced they preformed at my home. I hate to admit but I'm a surface cleaner and part-time slob. These ledies were professional, courtious and smart. They had the right answers and solutions to get my house back in the way it was before I lost my wife. I will take care of these ladies just like they did my home. If you are depressed about piles of clutter in your house and you don’t have a clue where to start, you need to call Donna! Donna had my huge closet full of clutter de-cluttered within hours, she organized everything in a way that was easy to maintain and carted off all the stuff I didn’t need to Goodwill. In only a few appointments, she not only de-cluttered the worst areas in my home but she gave me many ideas on how to reorganize my home. I can say I am an organized person now (and I wasn’t for most of my life!) with minimal clutter in my home.

I do just about everything. Since the age of 12, I cleaned in the home, looked and cooked for a lady with cancer, and cleaned for another woman. At 13, it was off to a paper route and at 15 worked in restaurants, and continued with all aspects until it came time to help my mother in any way I could. I also set doctor appointments, cooking pills etc. Also, I did renovations and landscaping and worked as a mortgage broker's assistant. (He made the most money in that period.)
