My hourly rate is $150 and I work with my clients to put together a proposal so you know in advance of hiring me how many hours it will take for me to complete their project. The products I sell will never be marked up over retail prices.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
From our first conversation, I have a very clear process to make the design process smooth and easy for my clients. - Introductory phone call- where I get to learn your needs + tell you how I can help! - In person meeting at your home- this is where I get to see your space and learn about you! - Proposal - based on our in-person meeting, I put together a comprehensive proposal for my clients so they know exactly how many hours of design time it will take me to complete their project. Once the proposal is accepted, the design process starts! - Design Presentation- typically it takes me 2-3 weeks to complete your design and we meet to go over it and make revisions as needed. - Item Ordering- once you approve all elements in the design, an invoice will be sent to you for the actual products. Once paid I will place all orders. - Item tracking + receiving- sit back and relax because I have you covered! I will handle all tracking and receive coordination for you! - Installation Day- my favorite part! This is where we get to see everything come together!
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started in the interior design industry after working on my own homes and finding that I had a true passion for the industry! Branching out from my own homes to my friends/family homes and word began to spread quickly! Let's just say, I've been busy since day #1 and very thankful for all the lovely clients I've gotten to meet along the way!
