I was very happy with the entire experience concerning AZ Home Appliance Repair and my Viking Range. They were on time and very experienced, I had no doubt after answering my door and letting the service technician in my home that the right choice had been made! The service technician quickly discovered the problem with my range and located the necessary parts, then gave me the estimate for the complete repair. Explained some things I could do, that would help keep my range in good working order. The Technician went as far as to even show me how to clean the coil on my Viking Refrigerator, something I had been charged $180.00 bucks to have done in the warranty period. I felt very good about the service and the diagnoses made on my range, I felt the estimate was more than fair and all this happened the same day I called for service, they did not say the part was special order and expect to wait up to a few weeks, not even, the technician found the part locally, and had his parts runner get it while he worked on my range. Not only did they fix the problem I was having but the technician looked the complete range over, so I feel confident in the repair and know it will last. AZ Home Appliance Repair is the real deal in appliance repair, I got a real service technician that knew my product inside and out and gave me excellent service at a very affordable price and did it all the same day! The technician was very careful not to scratch any thing and cleaned up after himself, I am very impressed with the service I received and how honest the technician was with me, answered all my questions and very professional as well. I know everybody having appliance troubles should call this company because they did exactly what they said they would do. I can honestly say that I know that you will be as pleased and satisfied with your appliance repair as I am with mine!

I called AZ home Appliance Repair to come to my home and look at my Viking Refrigerator, I liked the fact they would call me twenty minutes before they arrived, which meant I didn't have to wait at home all day and I could run my errand and not worry about missing the service technician. The technician figure it out quickly and gave me an up-front estimate, had the part and completed the repair very quickly and he even checked the operation and I was very pl;eased from calling them to writing the check. Everything about this service was a lie and a scam if you call them call you will only come out of pocket again

so sorry about your complaint and had I known I may have been able to help in some way, but the truth is this number was disconnected over half a year ago at least so unfortunately I have no idea what you're talking about because it was not my company that your referring to, but I would think a reasonable person should be a little more careful and not confuse companies because you think and to call someone a liar is childish without having all the information which is why I am not slandering you as you have me, which by the way is illegal to do especially when mallic is present and your words are definitely slanderous and malice is positively your intent, not trying to enlighten the good people of Maricopa County as a review is meant to be, as I said It just is not possible it was my company that your referring to.
