- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are a company that has learned we are only as good as our last dissatisfied customer. That is why across all social media platforms we have 5 star reviews. Our philosophy is simple. It’s five stars or we simply failed. And failure isn’t an option. I have on several occasions started jobs over that failed to meet quality standards.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an initial phone consultation to get an idea about the scope of the project. Once we have done that we schedule an on site visit to do a take off and get our clients pricing immediately. We come ready to sign and cater to all types of needs including scheduling, holidays and price. We have solutions for every individual home owner.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have poured over 80,000 Sq foot of concrete a month since 2014. We have made mistakes in management, and our fair share of failures in the field. We use feedback from our clients to relentlessly drive change and constantly improve our processes.
