I started training with Nadine at the beginning of February, after not having worked out continually for a couple of years. I have continued to train with her and could not be more excited with my results. I started to see definition in my leg muscles in two weeks and it has only continued to progress. I can't wait to see how much better it can get. Nadine is really good at gauging what her clients are capable of and pushing them to be a better version of herself. She has not only helped me with fitness, but also with my diet. As a person, she has some of the best energy of anyone I've ever been around and makes working out less about work, and more about enjoying the body we live in. No matter what personal goals you are trying to achieve, I'm sure she can help you meet them.
I feel very fortunate to have Gregory as my personal trainer! From the start I knew I would benefit from his vast knowledge and experience in the profession, and felt confident that he would provide the personal approach and guidance I required. As a 65-year old woman who had not been following a fitness regimen for some time, I didn’t really know where to start to work toward my goals in a consistent measurable way. Gregory assessed my overall condition, and then designed a solid and comprehensive -- yet easy to follow -- flexible program that is tailored to my needs. It is based on the most current researched methods and is manageable, interesting, and fun! I always look forward to our sessions! Additionally, he is patient and works with my limitations to make certain that the techniques are accurate so that I avoid any injuries. Between sessions he maintains regular contact via texts in order to encourage me, and to keep me motivated and on track. Even in a short time I can already see improvements and doubt I would have achieved these results without his assistance! If you are looking for a competent trainer who genuinely cares about his clients, then I would give Gregory the highest recommendation!
Carolyn is the BEST! If you are even thinking about a trainer - hire her immediately. I started working out with Carolyn in May 2016. I was in the worst shape of my life and, while I refused to weigh myself, some of the size 14 clothes that I bought at the beginning of the year (when I no longer fit into the 12s) were starting to feel snug and I was out of breath when I walked up the one short flight of stairs between floors at my office. I began working out with Carolyn 2-3 times per week and walking my dog in the morning. I also kept a food journal for about 6-8 weeks that Carolyn reviewed to give me ideas of where I could cut back without sacrificing my happiness (or my wine). After seven months, I've lost 2/3 dress sizes (I am solidly into a small size 10 now and very close to an 8) and over 30-35 pounds and counting! But, after all this time, I was inspired to write a review today when I (without even thinking) JOGGED up the stairs in my office and wasn't even out of breath at the top! Wow! What I love about Carolyn is that she helps you work your fitness goals into your life (whatever that may entail) and is friendly and approachable. (This is not the trainer that will make you feel weird about eating a cupcake...or two...). Also (and this is shocking even to me), I actually look forward to going to the gym. I didn't realize how greatly a personalized workout factored into my consistency. Now, when I'm a little tired, I still show up to the gym because I know that Carolyn will personalize my workout to my energy level that day. She also makes scheduling and payments super easy! Can't say enough good things about Carolyn!
I have been working out with Nick for about five years now. When he left the gym where I began working out with him to work out of a studio instead, I followed him because I couldn't imagine a better personal trainer. He's knowledgable not only with fitness, but also about how the body works and he tailors each individual's workout and nutritional plan so that we can all reach our optimal potential. He's also a lot of fun! I'd recommend him to anyone looking to change their life for the better - no matter your age or fitness goals.
Eddie, has been excellent, very knowledgeable about diet, nutrition, weight loss. He goes at your speed and understands everyone has strengths and weaknesses. Dolores with Club FItspiration is a fantastic health coach. I have a hectic work schedule with lots of travel, so a regular workout routine was not happening. Dolores was able to create a fitness program that was flexible and very effective for me. She combined training me in person with Online training to keep me on track no matter what city I was in. She even helped me figure out how to eat healthy on the road. She is knowledgeable, responsive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend working with her.

I did two 8 week programs and they worked out great! Rob did a great job of helping me achieve my goal for the first 8 weeks by slimming me to a comfortable weight so I can advance to strength training. With the next 8 week workout program, he was able to target my goals. I feel great and I am showing some muscle definition that I wanted achieve. Not to mention I feel stronger each day I leave the gym. Rob Brown definitely understood my goals by assisting me in healthier food choices, providing a good exercise program that fit my needs and not to mention, he was there every time I had a question. Patrick Thomas has been my Personal Trainer for 2+ years. Patrick took me from post-physical therapy for cervical radiculopathy to a fitness level I now feel comfortable with. Todd is amazing to work with! He is always uplifting, no matter the situation. He is understanding and willing to work with you to find the best program that works for you. Todd is very quick to check in with you and make sure that you are getting everything you hoped for out of his training. As far as results are concerned, I am so happy! I have been working his programs consistently for around six months and have dropped over 20 pounds, but have also managed to drop a total of 10% body fat. I am using his online training program. The app is very user friendly, works well with a food tracking app and allows you to track your workouts step by step. All around professional and amazing program and even better trainer. Highly recommended for anyone at any fitness level. I plan to continue my training with him until my end results are achieved and I know he can assist me in getting there.
