We needed our back patio modified and wanted to add a new side patio. Oliver responded quickly with a reasonable quote. He answered our questions and gave some good suggestions on how to improve on our project. He submitted drawings to the city to get their approval, was able to adapt to some tweaks the city wanted, and we used the drawings to get approval from the HOA before work was done. He was also able to solve some long-term drainage issues we had been battling. The project progressed on schedule and the quality was excellent. We will definitely use him for future projects.
