- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is not a standard pricing setup, every job is different and the pricing can vary significantly depending on the current condition of the surface.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We prefer to give a free on-site proposal to go over any specific details of each job, this way if we are hired its a much easier process. After we're hired we have the most seamless process and we're in charge of every detail so you get the job you expect.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Along with a college degree, I also have undertaken all types of training on products and processes. I'm always trying to learn new ways to do things and improve our process.
