I am specializing in trauma work, and my desire is to provide you with the best possible counseling services. I have been trained in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy or DBT, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy or CBT, Eye Movement Desenstisation and Reprocessing or EMDR, and Motivational Interviewing or MI. These modalities have proven to be very effective.
Family systems are an important part of healing and hope. I provide education and support that can benefit the entire family.
