I began training with Rose in march of 2017. Let me tell you, Best decision I have ever made for my health! Since then I feel a difference with my level of energy. I am now at the level where I want to workout and change my diet. I absolutely love the workout sessions, wish it was longer though. There's always a challenge, which I love entails me to push myself harder. Also my knees are regaining strength which was the whole reason why I began in the first place, didn't know I would be changing my lifestyle in a great way! I highly recommend Rose for personal training to anyone wanting to start training.

He does a good job of understanding his client's goals and tailors programs specifically for them. His clients are very diverse in terms of fitness goals from novice to elite athlete.

Working with Alex has been fantastic! I have my wedding in June and told him I was hoping to tone up my back and arms and slim down my lower body. He's been focused on working towards my personal goals and flexible with meeting times. He is very professional and every single work out has been different and tough! He is also easy to talk to and is very engaged throughout the session, making sure I'm doing everything correctly and pushing myself. I have had around 10 sessions with him over the past few months and I can see the positive changes happening! I would recommend him to anyone!

This is as good as it gets ! Serious. Personal fitness requires effort, dedication, motivation and sticking to the plan. But apart from all that you need a good trainer. William is the best, I can vouch for this guy. I am result oriented. He customized not just a training plan but also a diet plan and Im not talking a generic plan that you will get off the internet. He works with you to actually make a plan that you can follow. He will push you, he will be by your side and correct your form. Its not about the reps you do, its about the form you do it and he will ensure that you are in the right form. When he says you will see a difference in 2-3 weeks, he means that. Of course you will have to show up and follow the regimen. There is no substitute for hardwork and with William on your side there is no substitute for coaching. We dont waste time in the gym, we just do it! If you are serious about improving your fitness level or having that beach body for summer then William is the guy for you.

I contracted Elyse a few months back to cater a staff brunch for about 20 people. She was great, period. She was at the venue well ahead of time to prep and adjust to the location. She honored our odd request to have breakfast pizzas, and they were delicious. Eggs, bacon, avocado, you name it, she took care of it, and it was all great. The presentation was beautiful too, and it was all done with a smile. She even improvised some other healthy offerings to accommodate some dietary restrictions that we did not foresee. Furthermore, she's great at interacting with kids too, and let them safely watch the pizza making process. Also, she made these Nutella raspberry cupcakes that were amazing, ask her about them. It was such a great event, we had her do another event a few weeks later.

Chauncey is an amazing trainer. He is very knowledgeable on different techniques to train today's athlete. He really pushes you to reach your maximum results. I am in my late 30's and am still playing competive soccer and tennis. Chauncey is able to help me train for both of those sports. He is very dependable and personable. He knows that I am coming off of a badly broken ankle, and is also helping build back its strength. I highly recommend Chauncey!
