They were quick to reply and come out to my house for an estimate. They easily found the source of the leak above my den, which had somehow managed to elude another roofing company and an insurance adjuster over the previous years of that leak showing up.

I wish I could update my previous review, but in lieu of that, I wanted to submit a new one and make sure Ridge Roofing gets the 5 stars they deserve. They were punctual, the inspector was knowledgeable and fast, and the customer service team was extremely responsive. In my previous review I subtracted stars due to not receiving the inspection report, only to find out that it was my fault, and not Ridge Roofing’s. I will definitely hire them again for my next project.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have an amazing process that begins with our Office Manager, then moves to our Roof Advisor and finally wraps up with our Production TEAM. ALL TEAM members are roof and paint certified, with OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 certifications. Therefore, a conversation with any TEAM member at any level will be knowledgeable. We pride ourselves on being a service based company and our communication, accessibility, service, transparency and leadership are the best in the industry! Yet, what makes us different, is our ability to adjust, adapt and pivot our processes to meet the needs of ALL of our individual customers and THEIR wants and needs.
