- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a member of the International Special Events Society and Meeting Planners International. I am constantly networking with industry professionals from all of the world, attending workshops, expos, and continuing eduction opportunities which help me stay up on the latest technology, best practices and trends.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I have been planning events probably as long as I can remember but I actually started my career in 2006 working as an Event Planner for the Walt Disney Company. During that time I was lucky enough to work and train under some of the most amazing event designers in the country. Since then I have worked with many non-profit organizations, large corporations and countless amazing brides and social clients throughout the country.
- What types of customers have you worked with?
Wedding planning, baby showers, personal celebrations, holiday parties, corporate events, travel planning, non-profit fundraisers, and employee recognition events.
