- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
First of all, make sure that the agent you're talking to is a REALTOR®, as opposed to just an Arizona licensee. We have a code of ethics - they don't. Interview more than one, and then go with your gut - seriously. All REALTORS® are not alike. Question their experience and talent and dedication. If you're listing, don't just hire the cheapest or the one who throws out the highest selling price. Ask to speak to previous clients. Check us out on the web. And again, listen to your gut, or that little voice in the back of your head.
