Introduction: I approach coaching as well as health and wellness from a holistic perspective and incorporate eastern modalities to get the whole picture so we can address health issues from various angles to achieve vibrant health, no matter the issue. I incorporate my training in qi gong, ayurveda, meditation, and chinese herbs, as well as intuitive life coaching to address your full being. You are more than your body and it's time to discover radiant health and an authentic life. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$25 initial consultation, $50 ongoing sessions. I do not bill insurance.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
normally, we do an initial consultation with a sample session where an intake form is filled out and we see if it's a good fit for both of us.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor's degree in Social Work and am a certified life coach. I also am training in qi gong (like tai chi) and meditation and have been for 5+ years.
