Bruce says it right in his description, he's not after your money. First off he travels from Phoenix to Tucson (FYI) so don't pass him up thinking like I did, (crap he's located in Phoenix)! Secondly, if what Bruce showed me doesn't work the way it's needed he says he will come back the second and first evaluate how I've been doing the tools he gave me and if been doing em right, he'll show some new ones and the training is free. But seriously I'm using the tools I want out of the ones he gave me most importantly how to correctly get your dog used to being on a leash when other dogs are around. My German Shepherd is friendly but I couldn't stop her from getting all wound up when nearing other pooches so we resorted to where"the perimeter". My visit with Bruce was. Sunday, today is Tuesday and not only have I noticed the difference which is truly all that matters but other dog owners here have noticed.

Met with Tom and he went through and asked us what we were looking for in the training. Our German Shepherd Roscoe who is three and 1/2 responded well to Tom. I am hopeful that as long as we do our part with Toms assistance we will be able to have Roscoe at the dog park with no issues.

Amy was professional, friendly and very knowledgeable. In just a few minutes she was able to diagnose the problem with my German Shepherd and develop a course of action to begin modifying his behavior. Both my dogs responded well to her and it's clear she has a true love for dogs. I recommend her without reservation.

We have two dogs. One is a female, three year old Pitbull mix named Katy and the other is a one year old male Rottweiler/German shepherd mix named Wally. Both are rescues. We first contacted Nate after taking in Wally. He was a very sick pup found by our daughter on the reservation. Thankfully we were able to tackle his advanced case of tick fever. Once Wally learned what it felt like to be healthy, we saw his true out of control colors. Walking him was a nightmare because he went crazy every time he saw a rabbit or bird. His favorite place to sleep was on our kitchen table. Everything (rugs, clothing, and pictures on shelves) was considered to be a toy that he felt needed to be destructed. Furthermore, once Wally came into our house, our once sweet and demure Katy decided that she needed to start acting up on walks as well; she turned into a bucking bronco if we were anywhere near another dog. Nate provided us with in-home training, with direct training while actually out walking the dogs, and with training while at the park around other dogs. Nate demonstrated techniques and then observed us do the same. As a result of Nate’s direct training with our dogs, his demonstrations with our dogs, his analysis of our actions, the education he provided us about dog psychology, and a lot of training/follow through on our part we now have two different family members. Just last night, Katy and I sat on a hill near the dog park at Pecos Park and watched out-of-control dogs come in and out of the area and pass us by. Katy sat, good as gold, just enjoying the sights  While Wally still loves his toys, he now knows what he can and what he can’t play with and when it is ok to go crazy with his toys. We will continue to train and follow through with what Nate taught us but the difference in our household in less than 3 months has been amazing! We obviously highly recommend Nate for dog training services…..so do Katy and Wally!

Very helpful in working with our puppy Griffin, a German Shepard terrier mix. He used to jump up on people, bark at everyone and other dogs but after working with Elisa he has greatly improved and even much better walking on the leash.

I have two german shepards one that requires special attention due to its hip displacia they are also very teratorial and don't like anyone but the family after introducing them to rebecca and ketu (her dog) they were just fine. She does a great job and was on top of the strict medication schedule required. She was always on time and avaliable when needed. I would recomend her to anyone with any animals.

We were/are very satisfied with the overall training experience we encountered at Hunter Canine. We enjoyed working with both Chad and Andrew and our German Shepherd, Zenya is now more obedient and disciplined...which was the reason for her training. We highly recommend this facility.

Desert Harbor Doberman Rescue of AZ is fortunate to be able to call on Cat to help a new rescue with a behavior issue. Currently, Cat is supervising a small team of volunteers in a program she designed to help one of our big males overcome fear-based defensive aggression directed at other large dogs. He is making noticeable progress every week. Cat has more than the knowledge, skill, and sensitivity to work with any canine. She has "the touch." Watching her transform eight raucous, jumping dogs into calm, attentive students within a few minutes is a lesson in the magic that happens when a dog senses real compassion, deep understanding, genuine affection, and inner confidence coming its way. All this and a sense of fun and play, too! Don't hesitate: Call Cat for your dogs.

Our 10 month old german shepherd pup (Luna) had serious reactivity issues (pulling, lunging, barking) that prevented us from taking her out on walks during the day or anywhere near our community dog park. From day 1 Jesse was professional and thorough in explaining what we needed to change Luna’s bad behavior. After 4 training sessions and consistent training at home, Luna’s a new dog; she is much more calm, listens to commands (even without treats), and no longer pulls on walks. We are extremely happy with the results and highly recommend Jesse at Off leash K9. Mercedes, Alex, and Luna

She is a wonderful trainer! We have two rescues and our female had a lot of anxiety issues and other issues we couldn't figure out on our own. Our male had a few things we wanted to improve on as well. She did a terrific job explaining everything. I loved having homework because I was able to work with my dogs on my own daily. She would meet me at locations to practice and work on the things we wanted to improve with our dogs. I learned a lot about my dogs body language and what to do and not to do. She really helped my dogs a lot and I couldn't be more thankful! All training takes times and patience. It all has to be done in baby steps. Our dogs are doing wonderful and I am so glad I met her and my dogs love her! I def. recommend her and I called several other trainers too, but she stuck out to me. She is the best trainer I recommend anyone to her! She taught me a lot!

We had such a great experience working with TAY's Dog Training! She is patient, understanding, and very knowledgeable. Our 2 year old German Shepherd Mix, Layla has come so far in just our 4 lessons. Tayler not only trained Layla, she also trained us as well. She changed our mindset and approach and gave us the tools to be able to continue her training. I would HIGHLY recommend Tayler to anyone!
