My wife and I have been clients of Glenda over a 13-year period. Glenda specializes in providing personal training to people over 55 years of age. During this period, she has exhibited a very knowledgeable and professional environment. Glenda had provided a very positive influence on our health, both in exercise and diet. She has maintained a very positive attitude and often provides positive re-enforcement during sessions and leads by example. It has been a joy attending personal training sessions with Glenda. My husband and I have worked out with Glenda for over 15 years and credit her with our good health and strong bodies. Several years ago John had rotator cup surgeries on both shoulders, three months apart. Glenda worked with him to strengthen the muscles around his joints and to improve his flexibility. John has full use of his joints and has no pain which is remarkable considering the severity of his injuries. As for me, her expectations and exercises have kept me strong and healthy for many years and have improved my ability to hike, do yoga and play golf. (Did I mention that we are 85 and 75 years old!). We typically work out once a week for an hour and do weight lifting, water aerobics and balancing exercises. It is quite a workout and we feel great afterwards. We also enjoy Glenda's enthusiasm and persistance. She doesn't let us get lazy! One of her strengths is her ability to spot problem areas and give us exercises to correct the problem. Her training, education and experience allow her to do this.

I worked out with Glenda for twelve years and found her to be very knowledgeable about exercise physiology, current trends in personal training and nutrition. The fact that she has a four year degree in the field in addition to the extra training she has done makes her an exceptionally well qualified personal trainer. Glenda is very positive and supportive and I always felt better, physically and psychologically after every workout session. recommend her services wholeheartedly.
