Responsive, honest, and very fair price. We had a leak which necessitated opening the tub for access. Instead of replacing with the cultured marble, Pavlin replaced it with tile and made sure to leave us an access wall if we have a leak again. I picked a hard tile to work with, but he made it work. Would hire again.
