My husband and I have been working with Matt for just over a year now. We had built a small workout room in our house and were looking for someone to come to our house to train us. My husband and I are very different in our goals and strategies for working out but Matt has been able to develop a routine (2 times a week) that works for both of us. Matt encourages us and persuades us to finish the exercises even when we definitely want to stop early. He knows when he needs to modify the exercise and he is just a positive enforcement. If he thinks we need to do more cardio in between sessions he has a nice way of inquiring each week to get us to finally do the cardio that we should otherwise be doing. He mixes up the exercises so its not the same every week. Finally, he manages to train us even when there are distractions from a small dog or a 3 year old grandson. I would highly recommend Matt. He has been a great addition to our overall health and fitness plan the past 12 months.
I am a 60 plus borderline diabetic that has been training with Carolyn for the last ten years and she is one of the reasons I can say borderline. First with encouragement that fitness has no age limit; workouts tailored to help with health concerns; dietary advice and gentle persuasion to stick with goals. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

I've recently started working with Jessica and the results I have seen in such a short period of time are phenomenal! I lost 7 lbs the first week and 5 lbs the next. She really knows her stuff and continues to wow me with her dedication and expertise. Her attention to your biomechanics and form is second to none. She also takes the time to explain things to you if you don't understand and is always available for questions. Jessica even does charity sessions for people who are in extreme need of some health and wellness help. She has a great head on her shoulders and I trust her much more than any other trainer out there! If you are looking to lose weight or get strong, she's the best!
Dolores with Club FItspiration is a fantastic health coach. I have a hectic work schedule with lots of travel, so a regular workout routine was not happening. Dolores was able to create a fitness program that was flexible and very effective for me. She combined training me in person with Online training to keep me on track no matter what city I was in. She even helped me figure out how to eat healthy on the road. She is knowledgeable, responsive and so easy to work with. I highly recommend working with her.
I really felt Wendy cared about me. I still can't believe I was able to be hypnotized. I am grateful for the time she spent with me, and for her suggestions. She definitely provided more than hypnotherapy; there was life coaching in there, too. All of it was very helpful. I have already put some of what she mentioned to good and use. :-) I am looking forward to our next session.
I am a 68 years old lady who had a fall in December 2015, which broke my right leg. As someone who has always led a busy life, that injury made me very vulnerable both emotionally and physically. I went to a nearby gym and was talked into buying 96 personal training sessions by then PT director, Chris. Unfortunately, after taking 50 sessions of the so-called personal training with 3 different coaches, I felt no improvement. That was when EK came abroad and took over the PT director position. As a director, EK was too busy and also was not allowed to give personal training sessions. However, after reviewing my training history and the urgent need for me to get better, EK offered to train me on his OWN TIME. He would come in an hour earlier to show me the proper exercises. He did not get paid for doing this, he gave the credit to his staff, although he was the one who did the work. I was so impressed after working with him. The ex-PT director just wanted to sell as many training sessions he could sell (to fools like me), but had no interest in ME as a person. EK was completely opposite. He truly cares! He could not believe the previous director would take advantage of an injured old lady, so he decided to right that wrong by personally teaching me the proper exercises. I felt better soon after. I was totally brown away by EK, not only by his knowledge and enthusiasm, but also by his professionalism and magnetic personality. He gives out this positive energy that makes you want to exercise. EK cares about his clients, he is the true professional in this personal training industry. If you need a trainer, don’t waste any time, go for the best!!! For any company in the exercise world, if you need a top notch guy, go after EK, he will be an asset to you no matter where he goes!!! Lastly, I just want to say THANK YOU, EK, for sacrificing your time, fighting the morning traffic, coming earlier to train me just so I can get better. Lindsey is very personable and knowledgeable. My main concern is to workout for weight loss and I'm fortunate enough not to have health problems. I told her i'm open to walking, yoga, and will even train in boxing but i'm not into sports or even competitive that way. Lindsey's rates are very affordable for the knowledge that she has and she will also be sending me a nutritional plan. She is creating a training program around me and customizing something to make sure I don't lose the momentum. The best part is that she comes to my house! I would recommend Lindsey to anyone I know and I have booked her to train with me once a week.
Kelsey is an excellent coach, nutritional expert and personal trainer. I am impressed with the attention to details and her knowledge both in the gym and in the nutritional counseling she provides, along with the tools she offers, she has provided a vary thoughtful and well round program for my needs. She is very helpful in my goal to get my body in the best shape it has ever been in. After 2 weeks of training, I have already achieved a remarkable change in not just my appearance, but my energy, my vitality and in my well-being as well. Her program is easy to follow. Gage is the best trainer/ body work coach-massage therapist I have ever had. I am a unique patient, I have a spinal cord injury which causes right side weakness. Gage put together a customized program to strengthen my muscles and help with body stabilization and walking. Gage is extremely knowledgeable, he knows the body inside and out. I am confident training with Gage because he not only tells me what exercises to do but he explains why. Gage has showed me an overall healthy lifestyle, he measured my BMI and is keeping track of my progress. He also suggests meals to go with my program. Also, Gage does bodywork, he is great at stretching and getting all the tight knots out. I love the mix of training and body work that Gage does, it helps promote blood circulation, strengthening and healing. Overall I love working with Gage because I feel like he genuinely cares about my well being. He pushes me because he believes in me, he doesn't just treat me like a number. Gage is truly one of a kind, spiritually, mentally, physically, emotionally he is amazing! I highly recommend Gage- he will make a positive impact on your life without a doubt!
I workout with a trainer for several reasons but two of the most important ones for me are #1, I want to be healthy and fit and #2, to feel good both mentally and physically. Greg keeps me accountable in all these areas and I’ve been training with him for over 6 years. I have some physical health issues with my back, knees and shoulders having had several surgeries of which Greg is aware and modifies my workouts when needed to accommodate these. I feel it is so important to feel confident that a trainer has knowledge and wisdom to know when to “push” to do better and when to just encourage. Greg does these things well! Over the years I’ve had many trainers but honestly I’ve benefitted more from working with Greg. Another plus has been the friendship we’ve developed and enjoy talking about interesting subjects. If you have any experience with trainers, you'd know they can be very stern, mean, and difficult to relate to. In this case, Dave is probably the most outgoing, entertaining, and relatable trainer you can find. We gave Dave a ridiculous deadline and he ensured us with hard work we could make it happen. 4 weeks in, I reached my goal and am in better shape than I feel I've been in a long time. Jason is very patient working with a guy like me who has a schedule that changes too much for someone in his profession. He is very talented as a trainer...he knows his stuff very well for both the young athlete and 50+ guys (me) who want the tone, muscles, etc but are limited to exercise time, desire and a physique that doesn't act like it did once upon a time!
Casey helped me get started with my new business and was a tremendous help from getting it up and running to transitioning into my day to day operations. Our experience with Fitness propelled has been great! Geoff works regularly with our son, diagnosed with high functioning autism. He inspires our son to do his best, so he grows both in his physical strength and also his endurance.
