Introduction: Are you tired of saying “today is the day, I am going to lose this weight! I am going to quit smoking! I am going to stop drinking I am going to start exercising and feel good about myself! And then not following through? Is your depression, anxiety, self doubt, and insecurities crippling the life you should be having? I’ve been there, my addiction, my depression, my anxiety, and my self doubt had me lost, miserable, and almost dead more time than I can count. Before my rock bottom, I was a competitive bodybuilder for 8 years, a competitive powerlifter for 8 years, a competitive strong man for 4 years, a highly respectable kettlebell instructor, a movement specialist, and a success full business owner. I lost all of that shit. Friends, family, clients, anyone and everyone that helped me achieve greatness by the age of 26. I spent 6 more years trying to be a functional addict. It worked somewhat. It wasn’t until I got clean in 2016, and began to climb my way back out. I now run my own business again, I am in school finishing up Water Resources Technology and Environmental Science. I am a competitive powerlifter again, I also run Ultra Marathons (any distance farther than 26.2 miles) I have achieved a 50k, I am training for a 55 miler and a bench press of 400lbs, and a deadlift of 700lbs, only a hand full of people have ever attempted, don’t know of many who have. This was possible through the mindset I had when I was in my younger years, and a mindset I possess now at 37 years old. A mindset I now teach to others. I use a philosophy I emulate from David Goggins, the toughest man on the planet and my real life experiences. My approach is becoming comfortable with being uncomfortable, taking ownership of your life, having self discipline and drive, stress management, capability, and many other characteristics needed to live a fulfilling, productive, and happy life. I am not a life coach, I am not a wellness coach, I don’t teach you how to make money. I teach you how to love yourself, how to overcome real life shit, and above all, how to have control of your emotions, which will manage your stress, help you make the right decisions, to lead a healthy and happy life. I don’t hold a piece of paper saying I can teach you how to live your life, in fact no one should tell you how to live your life. I give you the tools needed, to make to choices that will guide your life where you want it. If you want me to coach you..... Welcome to The Strength Rescue Pit! Strength Potential is something we are all born with, if not utilized properly we never achieve it and can feel as if it is lost. I pride my career as a strength coach and movement specialist as being the 1st line of defense to losing strength. I help people rediscover their strength potentials, physically and mentally. Most strength coaches want to train the best, I like to help those that have never desired to be anything but ordinary, become extraordinary. ​ "Give me the broken, give me the weak, I will build them up, I will lead them to the Threshold" - Hatebreed . No one needed a second chance or rescuing more than me. Now I get to give second chances to those that have almost given up on achieving their physical goals due to lack of mental strength or physical limitations such as injuries. The Strength Rescue Pit is your second chance to achieve health, wellness, and longevity, if these 3 things are not your main goals. I suggest you do some soul searching and think of the bigger picture. However, I like to think there is something for everyone when it comes to my training styles. If you want to lose weight and become the best looking version of yourself, I have 15 years experience as a competitive bodybuilder and coach. Do you want to become the strongest version of yourself? I have 12 years experience as a competitive powerlifter and coach. Do you have something coming up in 6-12 weeks that you need a 1 time crash diet to drop 20-30lbs? Sure I can do that, but I am not that place. Although I do offer 6 week starter courses you can lose 6-12lbs and add 20% to your overall strength. This can progress into a lifestyle you can sustain for the rest of your life, and never need a crash diet again. This review is long overdue because I first worked with Adam in 2011! He came recommended by another friend when I needed help with my first contest prep. I loved Adam's approach of flexible dieting because it was very different from all of the cookie cutter plans I had tried in the past.I also loved Adam's style of training which included lifting for strength and hypertrophy and reasonable amounts of cardio...not the crazy 2 hours a day you hear from some competitors. I won overall in my first figure competition and went on to compete again in 2016 and 2017 both under Adam's guidance. Each time Adam tailored my plans and was very communicative during the whole process. I would recommend Adam for his many years of experience and his expertise in bodybuilding and powerlifting and if I ever decided to compete again I'd be back for coaching :)

Adam has been training me for over 1 year and I’ve lost weight and gotten so much stronger. Our daily workouts have given me more confidence and has helped so much.

Adam was able to help me drop 30lbs in a year. He was able to train me from a sedintary lifestyle. It is amazing that he also trains athletes.
