Mike and his team at Snapbooth were FANTASTIC to work with! I live in another state and so planning and working with vendors from a distance was initially a daunting endeavor, but Mike eased my fears and answered each and every question I had. He was incredibly responsive to my emails, spent more than an hour on the phone with me (before we even booked) explaining all of the options and how exactly his service is distinct from other photobooths, and I cant imagine working with anyone else after my 100% positive experience with Snapbooth! Our guests, the wedding party (bride and groom too!), and our wedding planning staff had a blast taking pictures. Everyone loved the props and the unlimited prints. We got tons of compliments on the custom made template that matched our wedding stationary and we LOVED looking through our photobooth guest book after the wedding was over. Snapbooth is absolutely the way to go!

From a groom's perspective I was not sure what to expect on the day of the wedding. Honestly, the entire day went by so fast that it was difficult to be able to spend the time with everyone like I would have liked to. Before I knew it, we were getting in our get-away car and starting our journey. Mike and the Snapbooth team had surprised us with a scrap book they put together of all of our guests who took pictures in the booth. When we woke up the morning after in the honeymoon suite we grabbed the scrap book and looked through what everyone had said and laughed at all of the pictures. It really gave us another really fun perspective of the wedding that we will cherish forever. Everyone loved the props and looked like they had an amazing time. Many of them still have the pictures as their profile pictures on Facebook and it has almost been two months since our big day. Have the Snapbooth team there was truly one of the most worthwhile decisions we made!!

We rented a Snap Booth photo booth for a public event that The Watershed Restaurant in Tempe put on for Halloween this year (2014.) Mike and his team were wonderful to work with. He made sure that we understood the dynamics of each package they offered and what would be most beneficial for the restaurant during the time of our event. The Snap Booth team was also very good with responding to emails and relating to the needs of our Halloween Bash. Regarding the event itself, we had a unique situation in which the Snap Booth team had to come early to set up and was very accommodating to us. Mike and his team are fabulous to work with and we will definitely be using them for future events and recommending Snap Booth to clients as well!

Love, love, love, love infinity. When planning our wedding my husband and I searched for the perfect gift for our guests and cringed at the thought of giving away another shot glass or salt and pepper shaker. While at a bridal expo I picked up a flyer for another photo company and thought it was a good idea. I mentioned to my wedding venue the photo booth idea and they recommended SnapBooth and I decided to give them a call. After speaking with Mike I decided that SnapBooth was the perfect and unique gift. My guests loved it! I'm pretty sure that my guests spent more time taking pictures than dancing or socializing. My favorite part was, well I had 2. The first favorite was the guest book. My guests got to take their pictures, keep one half and then put the second half in a book and write a note especially for my husband and myself. It was great waking up the morning after our wedding and looking through all of the hilarious pictures and reading the sweet words our friends and family had written us. My second favorite part was the cd with all of the pictures that were taken- some to never be seen again!! After my wedding, I recommended SnapBooth to my boss and we used them at our holiday party. Again, everyone had a blast! A huge thanks to Mike for all of the awesome memories that he supplied us with that night.

This is one of the best things we bought for our wedding. We cut costs big time, cutting every corner imaginable to create the wedding of our dreams with a budget we could manage. But being that there were going to be about 130 people at my wedding, including about 50 kids, I knew that I couldn't skimp on entertainment. After my hair and make up lady flaked out on me, Snapbooth saved the day keeping everyone entertained for the hour that I was late, being worked on by all of my bridesmaids. All through the night my guests were entertained and happy. I am beyond happy with our decision to use this company. Every detail of their service was perfect. It's an awesome addition to any event.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer three types of booths our selfie station ranges from $250-$450 The Advanced Booth offers and open air style booth that starts at $600 and offers photos, boomerangs, IG photo filters, on site attendant, printing, basket of props and more! Our Traditional booths start at $1000 and offer 2 attendants
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Go to our site snapbooth dot com and click on Schedule, Fill out the form, get a quote, approve it, pay, sign contract online, fill out design questions, get a sample, approve sample, we will reach out a week prior and coordinate the details. Rest assured, we have done this, about 3000 times!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a national speaker and consultant for the Photobooth Industry. I have spoken at 6 national photobooth events including: Wedding MBA, Photobooth National Convention, The Booth Summit, Photobooth Academy and more!
