Professors of Plumbing & Air
About this pro
Too expensive and not upto the markMay 31, 2018Verified
Frank was great. He arrived at the earliest part of the time estimate. Frank provided a very detailed explanation of what was going on and gave a very fair estimate. He uncovered a bigger problem See below - (plant roots under the commode) Frank fixed the problem quickly and efficiently without additional charge. I would recommend Professors of Plumbing without a second thought. Thanks GuysOct 4, 2017Verified

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? We charge for our work by the job, not by the hour. This ensures you that your price will never change unless of course the scope of the work changes. We typically also have a $69 service fee that we charge alongside the rest of our pricing, which covers our technician coming to your home in a fully stocked truck ready to do the work he has been scheduled to do, perform a thorough evaluation on the project, deliver you some options and costs associated down to the penny.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer? When new clients make contact with our company, they will first come in contact with one of our Client Service Representatives, who will be more than happy to speak with you and answer any questions that you have. They will help you to schedule with us to have one of our fully-trained technicians to your home to do a thorough evaluation on your project, assuring that you will receive the most efficient and cost-effective method to complete the work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? All of our technicians are fully educated with the local area codes and they are all fully and professionally trained.
