He was very responsive, respectful, and had so much knowledge about the system I bought. Reasonably priced, very responsive, and clearly a master of his craft. Excellent work. They had to adapt to ever changing issues in my attic to install the additional cat 6 line. Didn’t try to charge more than quoted price even though it took much longer and was more difficult than expected. Will use them again in the future for sure.

We take the time to listen to what they need and want, striving to make good and honest suggestions .We then move forward with a fair and honest quote.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 13 years experience in this field and I am learning new things everyday that I am using on the job site. I go to all the training that distributors have so that I can be up to date on what is happening in the industry.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I was looking for a Job and started as a sales rep for a Security company. In a short period of time I moved from sales rep to tech and then to Operations Manager. I love installing, problem solving, and making customers happy!
